01Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Ryker Financial, LLC (“Ryker Financial,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They govern your use of https://rykerfinancial.com and any quote request, agent application, or communication you initiate through it.

By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract to use this site or request coverage through us.

02What Ryker Financial Is — and Is Not

We are licensed to transact life insurance in all 50 states. Product availability, features, riders, rates, and underwriting standards vary by state and by carrier and change without notice.

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy insurance in any jurisdiction where we are not licensed, or where such an offer would be unlawful.

03No Professional Advice

The content on this site is general information about insurance products. It is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, or individualized financial advice, and it does not account for your particular circumstances.

Life insurance, and especially permanent products with a cash value component, involves fees, charges, surrender periods, and tax consequences that depend on your situation. Consult a qualified attorney, tax advisor, or financial professional before making a decision. Any illustration of policy values is hypothetical, is not a guarantee of future results, and depends on assumptions that may not occur.

04No Coverage Is Bound Through This Site

Quotes presented on or through this site are estimates based on the information you provide. They are not offers of insurance and are subject to underwriting review, which may change the premium or result in a declination.

Never use this site or text messages to report a claim, cancel a policy, or communicate anything time-sensitive about existing coverage. Contact your carrier directly using the number on your policy documents, and send us a note through the contact form so we can follow it through with you.

05Your Responsibilities

When you use this site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information, and to submit only your own information;
• Not submit another person's phone number, email address, or personal details without their authorization;
• Not use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to submit fraudulent applications or claims;
• Not scrape, crawl, harvest, or use automated means to access the site beyond ordinary search engine indexing;
• Not attempt to probe, breach, overload, or disrupt the site or its infrastructure;
• Not upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or account.

Insurance fraud is a crime. Knowingly providing false information on an insurance application may void coverage and expose you to civil and criminal penalties.

06Electronic Communications and Consent to Contact

By submitting a form and checking the consent box, you give prior express written consent for Ryker Financial and the licensed agents and affiliated agencies we work with to contact you at the number and email you provided, including by automatic telephone dialing system, artificial or prerecorded voice, and SMS text message. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply; message frequency varies.

You may revoke consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, asking to be added to our internal Do Not Call list, or submitting a Do Not Call request. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that electronic notices, disclosures, and agreements satisfy any legal requirement that they be in writing.

07Agent Applications

Submitting a career interest form is not an application for employment and does not create an employment relationship, agency contract, or offer of any kind. Any producer relationship with Ryker Financial is governed by a separate written agreement.

Statements on this site about earnings, commissions, promotion, or agent success describe what some agents have achieved. They are not a promise, projection, or guarantee of results. Insurance sales income is commission-based, varies widely, and depends on your licensing, effort, market, and persistence. Many agents earn little or nothing. You are responsible for the costs of your own licensing unless a written agreement says otherwise.

08Intellectual Property

The site and everything in it — text, design, layout, graphics, the Ryker Financial name and wordmark, and the arrangement of all of it — is owned by Ryker Financial or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the site without our prior written permission.

Carrier names and logos are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

09Third-Party Sites and Carriers

The site may link to carrier websites, applications, or other third-party resources. We do not control them, do not endorse their content, and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, terms, or privacy practices. Your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

10Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it — including rates, product descriptions, and availability — is accurate, complete, or current.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

11Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RYKER FINANCIAL AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, or any liability of an insurance carrier under a policy it has issued. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.

12Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ryker Financial and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your misuse of the site, your violation of these Terms or any law, or your submission of another person's information without authorization.

13Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute not subject to arbitration will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

Informal Resolution First

Before filing anything, contact us through the contact form and give us 30 days to resolve the issue. Most disputes are resolved this way.

Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Ryker Financial agree to resolve it by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court.

You and Ryker Financial each waive the right to a jury trial and the right to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. The arbitrator may not consolidate claims or preside over any form of representative proceeding.

This arbitration agreement does not apply to disputes arising under an insurance policy issued by a carrier, which are governed by that policy and applicable insurance law. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim will proceed in court, and the rest of this section remains in force.

14Changes, Termination, and General Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted with a revised effective date, and your continued use of the site means you accept them. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site, or restrict your access to it, at any time and without notice.

If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of assets.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Licensing & Disclosures, are the entire agreement between you and Ryker Financial regarding the site.
